Reflexology
Shoeburyness

Foot-based therapies have been practised for thousands of years, with evidence found in ancient Egypt, China and India. Modern reflexology developed in the early 20th century, largely through the work of American physiotherapist Eunice Ingham.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy focusing on specific reflex points on

the feet, which correspond to different areas and systems of the body. It may be enjoyed

as a one-off treatment or as part of a regular self-care routine.

Reflexology may be particularly suited to you if you’re experiencing:

Stress or feeling overwhelmed

Difficulty relaxing or sleeping

Tension and general aches

Digestive discomfort

Menstrual or hormonal changes

Feeling tired, sluggish or out of balance
